Piaggio LMS is an initiative of Piaggio Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. (IC Business Unit) and developed by Lomoso Solutions Private Limited. LOMOSO Solutions Pvt Limited has its registered address at 716, Binori Bsquare, 3, Sindhubhavan Rd, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380054 (India). Here henceforth in this policy both Piaggio Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. (IC Business Unit) team and LOMOSO Private Solution Ltd team are referred as Piaggio LMS.

The Piaggio LMS is a CRM offered by Piaggio Vehicles Pvt. Ltd to empower sales and marketing teams with real time lead update. Piaggio LMS transforms Piaggio's lead management processes, storing all lead information in a structured manner. The system categorizes and prioritizes leads based on source, sales funnel stage, and potential value, allowing teams to focus on high-priority leads.

This policy ("Policy") describes how Piaggio LMS application handles the information and data you provide to us, how Piaggio LMS collects, uses and / or shares the same. Piaggio LMS shall make every endeavour to protect your information as per practices consistent with applicable law.

The data that you upload on Piaggio LMS is private and visible to you and authorized personnel only. Piaggio LMS does not allow any other user to view such data without permission.

Your use of Piaggio LMS and services offered by Piaggio LMS will involve you in uploading and / or inputting various contents into Piaggio LMS which may largely include but not limited to : your phone book, your store details, your email address, list of your customers, feedbacks, details of your business, promotional schemes / discount offered by you, images, personal details of your customers such as their telephone numbers, birth dates / dates of their marriage anniversary, email address, their preferences / likings and any other details of yours or your customers you may have and you wish to upload for the purpose of using the services of Piaggio LMS, etc. (the "Content"). Piaggio LMS assumes that all the Content uploaded / inputted by you onto Piaggio LMS shall be legally obtained and that you have all the rights to upload / input the same onto Piaggio LMS. Piaggio LMS shall not be responsible for any claims of whatsoever nature in relation to the uploading / inputting the Content and using the same as per the terms of the Policy and / or as per the standard terms and conditions for use of Piaggio LMS ("Terms for Use").

Piaggio LMS shall use the Content for the following purpose :

(a) To provideyouservices: Piaggio LMS shall use the Content for enable you to connect with your customers by using Piaggio LMS. All the services that may be provided by Piaggio LMS shall use the Content.

(b) To improve customerservice: Content helps Piaggio LMS team to respond to the customer service more efficiently. Piaggio LMS shall therefore be using the Contents for providing the customer service requests and support needs.

(c) To send periodic communication: Piaggio LMS team may use the Content to ask for feedback and / or inform you or your customer about product news and opportunities. In any such communication, Piaggio LMS will always provide a method to opt out of future communications.

(d) To personalize your experience: The Content helps Piaggio LMS to better respond to your individual needs and therefore Piaggio LMS may use the Content in responding to your needs To maintain, protect and / or improve our services and develop new ones : Piaggio LMS may also use the Content to maintain, protect and / or improve upon its services as also to develop new services on the basis of the Content.

(e)In addition to the above, it is possible that Piaggio LMS may need to disclose the Content and / or information about your activities as an user when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, whether in the Indian or other jurisdictions, or if we have a good faith belief that disclosure is reasonably necessary to (1) investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities or to assist government enforcement agencies; (2) enforce the terms and conditions of the Terms of Use (or any other agreements entered into by you with Piaggio LMS), investigate and defend Piaggio LMS against any third-party claims or allegations, or protect the security or integrity of Piaggio LMS's services; and / or (3) exercise or protect the rights, property, or safety of Piaggio LMS, its members, users, personnel, or others. Piaggio LMS may attempt to notify you about legal demands for their personal information when appropriate in Piaggio LMS 's judgment, unless prohibited by law or court order or when the request is an emergency. In light of Piaggio LMS's principles, Piaggio LMS may dispute such demands when Piaggio LMS believe, in Piaggio LMS 's discretion, that the requests are overboard, vague or lack proper authority, but do not commit to challenge every demand.

Piaggio LMS needs your permission to do things like hosting the Content, creating back-ups for it and sharing it when so required by you. Piaggio LMS 's services also provide you with features various features. These features may require Piaggio LMS 's systems to access, store and scan the Content. Where you give Piaggio LMS permission to do such actions, your permission is also deemed to be given to Piaggio LMS's affiliates, if any, and trusted third parties Piaggio LMS engage with.

Piaggio LMS may also collect your personal information such as your name, your store's name, email address, your user name, password, at the time that you register for an account on the Service or thereafter. If you wish, you may also provide us with optional information such as a photograph, skills, addresses, educational background, analytics graphs, etc. of your store, business, etc. Your such details and any optional profile information that you may elect to associate with your account is referred to in this Policy as your "Profile Information." The Profile Information is or may be used to send you service-related notices (including any notices required by law). Piaggio LMS may also use your email address to send you notifications and information about other products or services (including third party services) that Piaggio LMS think may be of interest to you ("Marketing Messages"). You may optout of receiving Marketing Messages at any time by following the instructions provided in the Marketing Message. Through your account interface, you may also opt-out of receiving categories of Service-related notices that are not deemed by Piaggio LMS to be integral to your use of the service.

Piaggio LMS may use the services of certain trusted third party service providers for hosting the service or processing payments of paid members. Such service providers may have access to your information; however they can use your information only for the limited purpose of providing the service Piaggio LMS have contracted with them to provide. Piaggio LMS shall try to see to it that such service providers also have a data security and privacy policy that are at least as protective of your information as is in this Policy. Piaggio LMS may also store your Personal Information in locations outside the direct supervision of Piaggio LMS (for instance, on servers or databases co-located with hosting providers).

When you use the service, Piaggio LMS's servers begin to automatically record certain information in their server logs. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol (i.e. IP) address, browser type, referring / exit pages, your phone number, type of and URLs, number of clicks and how you interact with links on the Service, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, mobile carrier, date, time, and duration of your visit, information about the computer set-up such as the type and version of web browser, operating system, Java support, Flash version, screen resolution, and connection speed and other such information.

Your use of Piaggio LMS services may generate "cookies". Piaggio LMS may use such "cookies" to collect information and observe and improve its services or to increase its functionality and user-friendliness. Piaggio LMS may use "persistent cookies" to save your session ID for future logins to the service such as for the purpose of remembering your user name when you return to the service as also to help Piaggio LMS to understand how you interact with / use the Piaggio LMS service, etc.

Piaggio LMS will retain the Content for as long as your account is active or as needed by us to provide you the services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that Piaggio LMS, you may delete your account. However, the Content stored in Piaggio LMS servers and back-ups may still continue to remain on server of Piaggio LMS.

If you use the Piaggio LMS using a mobile device, Piaggio LMS may collect the information contained in your device's "device identifier" such as the type of device being used, the mobile network, operating system of your mobile, your mobile number, etc. These information may be used by Piaggio LMS for the purpose of customizing the services to suit your device for your ease and convenience.

Piaggio LMS may collect and process information about the location of the device from which you are using the service. Location information may help Piaggio LMS to understand how you access and / or use the service and may be used along with personally identifiable information. We may share these information as also the Personal Information to connect with you with a third party. We may disclose aggregated demographic information (such as aggregate and anonymous usage data, platform types, etc.) about the overall use of Piaggio LMS service publicly or with users, or other organizations with which we do, or contemplate doing, business to help them understand the service, or to help us improve and analyse the service.

If Piaggio LMS is involved in a merger, acquisition, and / or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. However, there may be situations when such information cannot be completely protected.
